Below you will find our (gasp!) policies:

16 Beach Street is not conducive to children under the age of 14. We are sorry that we cannot allow pets. There is a NO smoking policy in, and around the house and porch for the comfort of our guests. There are no phones in the rooms. Cell phone courtesy is appreciated. All rooms are double occupancy. There is a $40 charge for a cot in the room (not available in all rooms). All rates are subject to Maine's lodging tax of 8.5%. Master Card, Visa, and personal checks are accepted for deposit. Checks are not accepted for balances, however. Check in is at 3pm and check out is at 11am. Early check in may be available for an extra $25.
